My key projects are in developing e-commerce, digital communication and marketing, building new business for large companies, identifying the actions to improve the positioning of a brand. Further projects were on PMO and Go-To-Market strategies and execution. Another competence as a consultant is that to support start-up’s in building their business plan and in managing the very early stage and managing the execution of the start phase.
